The House in Caseneuve:

For lovers of nature , the house is set in a 1450 m² of land at the top of the hill above Caseneuve in a very quiet small residential area. Parking with automatically gated entrance , garden is fenced on 3 sides.

On the ground floor are living-room, well-equipped kitchen and dining area all open to each other , also entrance with wardrobe and and WC. From the living room  you step out to the southfacing terrace with its shaded ding tables , the garden and the heated pool ( 9,5 x 4,5 m ).Just beside a wooden deck terrace with sunloungers and a lounge area is inviting you to enjoy the breathtaking view over the valley and themountains of the Luberon with their unforgettable sundowners.

Living-room with TV and Wifi .. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms , bedroom 1 is a 180 x 200 cm double bed, bedroom 2 is a 160 x 200 cm double bed. Bathroom with shower, basin and WC.

Caseneuve is located about 10 km in the north-east of Apt on the top of a hill (  550 m ). It is a beautiful 1000-year-old small village , which is dominated by its castle and the 3 defensive towers, overlooking the valley of the Luberon. In a 3 minutes-walk  from the house you can pick up the baguette and croissants in the“Bistrot“ ( also bar , terrace café , restaurant at lunch ). Caseneuve is well-known for its restaurant „Le Sanglier paresseux“, lunch and dinner (in summer with beautiful terrace).

The nearest grocery is in St. Martin de-Castillion, in Apt or Cereste you can find supermarkets, butcher and bakeries. Of course ,nearby , you can find a lot of good restaurants: in Saignon, Cereste, St.Saturnin …. also michelin-star restaurants like the „Bistrot de Lagarde d’Apt“.

Surroundings

The Luberon is characterised by a lot of picturesque , perched , hill-top villages , some of them are very well-known like Gordes , Roussillon , Menerbes , but there are also some relatively unknown one’s , who should be discoverd like Joucas , Viens , Simiane , Saignon….

There are hikes or bike trips right from the house, exploring the surrounding countryside; close by are the stunning „Oppedette gorge“ and ocre-coloured Colorado provencal at Rustrel.

Rates 2016

Mid season:  17:09. – 15.10.2016:  € 1,300.00
High season: 14.05. – 09.17.2016:  € 1,580.00
Low season:  15:10. – 04.15.2917:  €    980.00

These are the prices for an occupation of 4 people / 1 week. If only 1 bedroom will be occupied , the price will be reduced by EUR 100.00 per week. The cost of heating, electricity, water, WiFi and final cleaning are included.

The kitchen is already equipped with a few basic products.Bedlinen and towels are included and will be changed every week.
